Finely ground coffee
Mocha is the oldest and most traditional way of preparing coffee. Water is boiled in a special pot, and then (depending on preference and taste) the finely ground mocha powder is added a teaspoon at a time. While stirring constantly, the mocha is brought to a boil, then removed from the heat. This process is repeated four to five times.
